The Covington Roster is a simple and effective way for artists to promote themselves and secure selling opportunities.

Several types of Covington businesses actively exhibit art. Please indicate any (or all) preferences for showing your work:

Please submit a CD Rom with a minimum of 5 images and a maximum of 10. Discs will not be returned. Discs should be submitted as follows:
Physical disc should be permanently marked on the surface with the artist's name, address and phone number.
Image needs to be correctly oriented when the file is opened on a computer.
Images should be submitted in BMP, JPG, or GIF format.
Supply the following hard copy for each image - make sure that the correlation between hard copy description and image on disc is evident (The description applies to which image?):
1. Title 2. Medium 3. Size 4. Price 5. Date work was completed
Discs will be kept on file and used to match/place artists in Covington galleries.
