1. Visit our city, its growing Arts District, and Mainstrasse (which has many food/drink/entertainment establishments).  Email us prior to your visit.

2. Learn about the other “districts” in Covington — including Mainstrasse, the Wedding District and the Renaissance District.  Sometimes districts overlap and create more financial incentives.  Recently two artists (who are new to Covington) were awarded up to $25,000 toward improvements on the façade of their building.  This money was tied to Renaissance Covington, and not the Arts District.

3. Visit some of Covington’s public art — the floodwall murals and mosaic benches.  Investigate our existing art centers (Baker Hunt, The Carnegie, Behringer-Crawford and Duveneck).

4. Keep up to date on properties for sale.

5. Find a realtor who is knowledgeable about downtown Covington and the Arts District.

6. Buy a property and join other artists already in the area.  Check out our membership requirements.

7. Send an email with any questions to:  info@covingtonartmerchants.com
